It is a configurable web-based tool for tracking incidents, bugs, sales issues, trouble tickets etc.

Pre-defined project tracking templates provide an easy to use application.
Each group can have an unlimited number of issues and projects.
Projects contain a list of cases with unlimited field options.
Administrators can restrict data entry at the field level and application level.
Documents can be attached to each project issue.
With user-defined settings, data access is simplified.
Non-members can enter and track the status of their submitted cases via web.
An external knowledgebase allows projects to be published.
Issues can be captured via email and automatically recorded in the project.
