Call Log

Overview

The primary purpose of the Call Log application is to log in the information the user receives from or makes a call to a customer or a lead.

Often a customer or a lead is handled by different team members at different stages. During these stages, all the team members must be aware of the ongoing conversations. So whenever a team member calls up the customer or a lead or receives a call from them, they can log in the information about the discussion in the Call log application.

This information helps other team members to stay in touch and take appropriate actions at further stages.

With the Call log application, if you connect your Android phone with your desktop, you can also make calls to your customers using your phone.
