Administration of Documents

  • Administrators can further manage their organizations' documents by clicking Admin on the button bar within Documents.

Application Documents

Documents can be attached to applications such as Bulletin Board, Timesheet, Expenses, Calendar, Issues etc. Attached documents are managed by the Document Management application, but do not appear in the document management folder structure. Application documents can be managed from a central location.

  1. Click Admin on the main Document screen. Click Application Documents.

  2. The documents associated with each application appear under each application name. If no documents are listed, users have not attached documents in other applications, such as Contact Manager.

  3. To remove a document, select the checkbox next to the document name and click the Remove button.

  4. Click Back to List button to go to the Admin screen.
