Installation Support

OfficeClip will provide free installation support. If you tried to install OfficeClip and had problems with it, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Look at our forum on Installation and Setup to find a solution to your problem.
  2. If you cannot find a solution, go to the installation folder (default is c:\program files\officeclip\9 folder) and then go to the log folder.
  3. Zip the files in the log sub folder and send them to OfficeClip support at Please include instructions on how we can replicate the problem.
  4. If the problem is not still resolved, OfficeClip is pleased to offer free one-on-one support to help you install the software. Contact us at
