Installation Support

OfficeClip will provide free installation support. If you tried to install OfficeClip and had problems with it, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Look at our forum on Installation and Setup to find a solution to your problem.
  2. If you cannot find a solution, go to the installation folder (default is c:\program files\officeclip\9 folder) and then go to the log folder.
  3. Zip the files in the log sub folder and send them to OfficeClip support at [email protected]. Please include instructions on how we can replicate the problem.
  4. If the problem is not still resolved, OfficeClip is pleased to offer free one-on-one support to help you install the software. Contact us at [email protected]
