Understanding OfficeClip Competitors

The OfficeClip Competitor module allows companies to store and track information regarding their competitors. The user can store the competitor information with each opportunity. Knowing which competitor won a particular opportunity helps in making changes to the sales tactics to win future opportunities.

To enter this application:

Click CRM > Competitors.

Overview

Every business has one or more competitors that, when tracked along with Accounts and Opportunities, helps companies win new customers and deals. Competitors can be effectively tracked using the SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats).
