Assign Approver

Every user must have a time off approver. A user cannot request time off unless he/she has an approver. If you are the only administrator for your organization, you need to approve your own time off.

To set up an approver:

  • Check mark the user for whom approver is to be set.
  • Select the approver from the drop-down box.

  • Click on the Save button to save the changes.
  • To go back to the Time Off list screen, click on the icon.
