Platform Independent Client
OfficeClip Web Timesheet and Expense is designed to run on a web browser, which ensures platform independence when used on desktop and mobile devices.
Powerful backend Sql Database
All the OfficeClip Web Timesheet and Expense entries are stored in an MS SQL Server database, which provides architectural power and flexibility in a data-driven environment. OfficeClip applications are
bundled with the Sql Server (Express Edition), which offers a low-cost, low-volume database solution which can later be migrated to a heavily loaded, high availability platform.
Flexible Reporting Options
OfficeClip Web Timesheet and Expense package contains two reporting engines. The primary reporting
mechanism is Crystal Reports®. In addition OfficeClip has its own XML-based report engine that can be configured with an XML file, enabling end users to easily to modify and create reports.
High-Level Information Flow
Users create OfficeClip's Web Timesheet and Expense with a web browser. The request from the web browser goes to the web server, which then utilizes business logic to communicate with the SQL Server database.

System Requirements
OfficeClip Web Timesheet and Expense can be installed on an enterprise server behind
a firewall and can be accessed throughout the organization via a web
browser. Depending on the security needs of the organization, the web server and network can easily be
configured to access OfficeClip outside the corporate firewall.
