Screen Customization for Contacts

The order of the contact fields can be adjusted to match the user's preference.

  1. Click CRM > Contacts > Admin > Customize Screen.

  2. The screen that appears allows you to position the contact fields with the contactmanager left arrow left and right arrows. the users can reposition the Category headings (Personal, Address, Other, and Additional Information). You can change the headings by clicking on the Edit button.

  3. You can also reposition Category attributes (Last Name, City, Contact Source, etc.). Click on the items inside the column and click the up and down buttons to reposition.

  4. You can shift certain items to Hidden Fields if you do not wish to display those items.

  5. All the changes will be saved automatically.
  6. Click Next to go to the next Admin screen.
  7. To go back to the Contacts list screen, click on the Back to List button.
