Re-implementation of Customer Portal

The customer portal has been redesigned to make it easy to understand and use. The following are a few important changes:

• Customer Portal is now a new application
• The Customer Portal url is changed
• Some parts of the user interface is removed to keep the application simple

Oauth2 Authentication for Gmail

As we know that Google have stopped access to the OAuth2 authentication for GSuite. We have added the OAuth2 authentication for the GSuite. This feature is currently in the beta and may change in its final form.

While we are waiting for approval from Google, you will get a warning message saying that this feature is not yet approved from Google. This will go away when we finish the process.

Please use this feature and provide feedback to us.

Redesign of all OfficeClip Screens

The entire OfficeClip UI is redesigned from the ground-up. Some of the important changes include:

• The top part of the screen (where some buttons and options are, is made sticky and it does not scroll with the rest of the screen
• The screen fonts can now be changed to small, medium and large
• Colors of all the skins have been modified to make them look decent

Slack notifications for history and user actions

You have added an integration with Slack so that all your history and action notifications can now be sent to Slack

To set this up you can go to Settings > Notication Preferences > Slack

New Task application with more features

Based on your input we have made the task application much more useful by adding many features:

1. Subtasks can now be recorded for each tasks
2. Estimates and Time Spent for each task can be tracked
3. An on-sccreen clock can keep track of how much task is remaining
4. All fields can now be configured
5. New Task report and task export can now be created
