Often organizations want to capture more information on the timesheet than is supplied by the application. We have created three types of custom fields for this purpose:
- Timesheet Level: These fields are valid for the entire timesheet.
- Row Level: Each row of the timesheet can set a value of the custom field.
- Detail Level: Each Timesheet detail item can have this type of field.
You can create three custom fields for each type. The custom fields can be also be accessed by the report generator to create reports based on these fields. These fields can be of text or list types.
