OfficeClip timesheet module allows your employees to create, submit, review, and approve
timesheets easily. For approving and validating timesheets the Administrator sets up a workflow
where timesheet of every user is routed to an approver.
An approver is a person who reviews the timesheets and can choose to approve or reject
them.

Once approved, the time and expenses for the period are usually locked and can only be edited

Setting up a Workflow

- Workflow can be set for manual routing where users can manully submit timesheet to the approver.
- Workflow can be set for a user with a single person routing or timesheets can be routed
to upto two to three levels depending on the projects.
- With workflow set up, the submitted timesheet will automatically be routed to the approver.
