User-defined Fields Unlimited user-defined fields in the form of text, pick lists, numbers, currency and so on can be added to contacts. *Note: Free Edition allows one (1) user-defined field.
Send Campaign Emails Allows Campaign Emails to be sent directly from OfficeClip. *Note: Free Edition puts a "Powered by OfficeClip" link at the bottom of each email campaign.
User-Defined Rules Rules can automatically change Contact permission based on certain fields. For example, a rule can be defined such as: When a Contact in entered for State "Georgia", allow only users with role "Georgia Agents" to see the Contact.  
Contact History A history of all changes made to your contacts can be viewed instantly.  
Track Relationships Will let you track relationships between any objects. For example, you can assign a Contact as an Agent of another Contact or you can assign a Contact as a Broker of an Account.  
Duplicate Management Manage Duplicate contacts and merge or remove them from the list.  
MS Word Mail Merge Allows MS Word to be used for creating and managing Word based campaigns (requires MS Word and installation of an add-in on the user's computer).  
Outlook Interface Synchronize Contacts and its related data (Notes, Appointments and Tasks) with Microsoft Outlook.

Mobile Access Access OfficeClip applications from any Smartphone, like IPhone, Blackberry and Droid.
Delegated Authentication Authentication is seamlessly delegated to an external system, like Active Directory or LDAP. *Note: This feature is only available in the Installable Version of OfficeClip.
Manage Applications Allows hiding applications that are not used by your organization.
Roles and Privileges Administrators can use roles to control member privileges for creating and editing various objects (e.g. events, documents, contacts etc.)
Manage Email Templates Allows editing of Email Templates to send customized and data-merged emails to users and customers. Note: Free Edition appends a "Powered by OfficeClip" text to the end of all emails.
Customizable Logo Customize the Header of the site and the login screen.  
Text Messaging Allows Text Messaging to Mobile phone and devices.  
Customization and Programming Interface

Site Customization Site wide customization can be done by editing xml files for interface customizations and integration with other applications. Note: This is only available for Installed Version.
Web Services API Use Xml-based Web Services API to communicate with the OfficeClip Server.

Free Edition Information

  • User Limit - 2 users with access to all OfficeClip applications (Premium Suite).
  • Time Limit - There is *no* time limit. Use it for as long as you like and pay nothing. You can conveniently upgrade to Professional or Unlimited Edition. Free Hosted Version accounts that are not used for 60 consecutive days are subject to removal to make space for other users.
  • Space Limit - There is *No* space limitations for the Free Installable Version. For the Hosted Version, the document space is limited to 15 MB and the database space is limited 250 elements of any type.
  • Advertisements - We like you to use OfficeClip Free Edition in your professional environment so we do *not* show any advertisements.
