Activating IIS in Windows 2008 machine

Some editions of Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 does not come with IIS installed, they are there on the hard disk but you need to install them. To install them go to:
Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Server Manager
and then add the Role for IIS
