OfficeClip sends out Emails and SMS for various events. To control the look and feel you can change your email template:

1. Log in as OfficeClip Site Administrator (usually the person who had set up OfficeClip Account)
2. Click on the Settings button on the toolbar and navigate to Entire Site > Presentation > Email Templates
3. Select the template that you want to change and follow the wizard to make changes on the emails

To disable an email template (and thereby stop sending emails) do the following:

1. Select the template as shown above
2. Change Mode to Disabled, Click on Next all the way to save the template
