Create Reports to show all the related data like Notes, Events, Tasks etc.

To create a report for all the related data for Contact Manager (or any other applications under CRM) do the following:

  1. Go to Contact Manager > Reports
  2. On the row that says "List of Contacts with related info" click on the Edit icon on the right
  3. On the Select Group screen, choose Group by Type
  4. Save and View the report
The report will be grouped by the type of related data, example: notes will be grouped separately from events, tasks etc
