- Login to OfficeClip as an administrator, select the Contacts application.
- Click on the Admin menu item and then click on Web Form.
- Select the fields that you want to show up on the generated form. You may also select if any fields will be a required field on the input form.
- Specify a return asp(or aspx) page which will be automatically called after the information is saved. This can be used to display the stored value to the user in the return page.
- You can Generate the HTML Code by clicking on the corresponding link. This will let you edit, copy, and publish it on your site. When completed, click Finished.
- Note: There are only two restrictions, do not change the input variables or their values and do not remove the OfficeClip powered by notice.
