Creating Xml Specification from existing Binder in Issue Tracker

Sometimes it is useful to have a template from which you can create more binders.

Go to the Issue Tracker application and click on New Binder
Select Copy specification from existing binder and then select a binder.
Give a Name and click on Create. This will create your master binder
Go inside this binder administration and make all changes that you need (i,e, in custom fields, list values etc.)
Now go inside this binder and click on Import/Export and select export to Xml. This will be your master Xml file
In the future when you want to make a new binder you can go to New Binder (as in step 1) and select Import from ocXml and specify the master file
Now you can remove the master binder that you created in step 3 above
