You can import users via csv file.

1. Click on Desktop from the left menu
2. Click on the Users Application
3. Click on Import/Export
4. Click on Import Users from CSV File
5. Specify a csv file that you previously created and click on Import
6. Map the fields in your csv file with the OfficeClip fields
7. Click on Continue to finish the import

Please note that:

• To make the mapping easier, the first line of the csv file should be the field name
• The import program will check for your license limit.
