OfficeClip can create events in various time zones. By default the event will be shown on your calendar in your time zone.

To change the time zone of a single event:

1. Click on Calendar
2. Go to the details of the event
3. Click Options at the bottom
4. Change the time zone

You can change your personal time zone so that all existing events will now show in your time zone. To check your time zone:

1. Click on Settings
2. Click Personal Preferences

Your organization administrator can also change the default time zone across your organization. Changing this will only affect the time zones of the new users that sign in to OfficeClip. To change this:

1. Click on Settings
2. Under Organization, click on Manage Organization Information
3. Click on Modify time zone and custom fields
