Exporting all issues and associated data
- Click on the Issue Tracker from the left menu
- Click on the Binder that you want to transfer
- Click on Import/Export
- Click on Export Issues to Xml File and save the xml to a file
Now if you want to create a new binder and transfer all the issues:
- Click on the Issue Tracker from the left menu
- Click on New Binder
- Give a binder name and check the last option Import from ocXml File Format
- Enter the same Xml file you just exported and Click Create
Note: You can also use the csv import and export to do these, but it will not transfer any dependent records like notes etc.
