Upon installation images are not showing up in OfficeClip

For IIS 7+ try the following:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and then click on the link on your left called Turn Windows feature on or off (if you do not see Programs and Features in the control panel, on the top right of the control panel select small icons)
Now expand the list to Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Common HTTP Features, check mark the Static Content box and click OK
Restart IIS
