We have released a new version of OfficeClip. Please note the following changes:

The Extranet Application has been redesigned. In OfficeClip, the extranet allows users to provide controlled access to their data to partners, customers and vendors. Simplicity and ease of use has been increased. Following are the highlights:

  • New reports have been integrated with the Extranet.

  • Quick Help has been added on all the extranet screens.

  • It has now become very easy to integrate OfficeClip Extranet to your website.

Issue tracker rules are now triggered when entering new issues and editing the issues. Previously two rules had to be written to take care of these cases.

We have added a Clone feature in Contact Manager, Account Manager and Opportunities. This makes it simpler to add information where many fields (like address, phone number etc.) does not need to be changed.

The regarding control has been modified to show a quick view of the related information.

Issue tracker email format is modified.
