How do I refer to a particular type of account from Opps screen
Quote from Guest User on September 3, 2015, 11:16 amHi
I see that when you add a contact one can designate it to be a customer, prospect, channel partner etc. in the Relationship Type.
What I need is the ability to designate an opportunity to an account based on the value of the Relationship Type.
So a new field in Opportunity may be called PARTNER. The lookup for this being WHERE RELATIONSHIP_TYPE = "CHANNEL PARTNER"
This is for locking an opportunity to an partner account.
Could you please tell me how this can be done?

In the Second Participant you can select the relevant account and assign relationship type to it.

Thanks for taking the time to speak with me.
The link works but the resulting video link does not. It reports an XML error.
Could you please check and let me know?
