To migrate OfficeClip Suite from one server from another follow these simple steps:

1. Download and Install OfficeClip Suite on the new server and make sure it works.
2. Copy the OfficeClip upload folder from the old server to the new server.
3. Take a backup copy of the database from the old server and restore it (remember to select overwrite in the options screen) over the existing database on the new server.
4. Bring up a command prompt on the new server and change directory (cd) to c:\program files\officeclip\8 (7 if it is previous version) and then run the command ocmd -c 1. Then go to the log folder and double click on index.html file. Check if there is any error in the most recent log (if there are errors, please contact OfficeClip) .
5. Log in to the new OfficeClip Server and make sure everything is working.
