🌟 New Features

  • AI Assistant Integration (Beta)
    • AI for Notes: Summarize notes and automatically extract action items (tasks) and events directly from note content.
    • AI for Emails: AI Assist for reading, analyzing, and drafting email replies.
    • AI Setup & Configuration: Dedicated setup screens for integrating AI models (supports OpenAI, GroqAI, etc.), including shared API key rate-limiting controls.
  • Timesheet CSV Import
    • Bulk import timesheet entries from a CSV file with data validation and preview screens.

⚡ Enhancements & Improvements

  • Time-Off Workflow Updates: Added a cancellation workflow. Creators can request cancellations and approvers can correctly process requests in two-person or three-person routing setups.
  • Login Screen Redesign: Refactored UI and CSS for main login, customer portal login, and 2-Step Verification (2FA) setup screens to be more responsive and user-friendly.
  • CRM Navigation & Bulk Actions: Improved the “New” toolbar buttons and bulk action checkboxes across CRM apps (Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Competitors, Opportunities).
  • System Feedback (Toasts): Added toast notifications across the application to provide immediate, non-intrusive feedback when actions are saved or completed.
  • Email Upgrades: Upgraded the MailKit engine to v4.15 for improved IMAP/POP/SMTP stability and performance.
  • Customer Portal Document Sharing: Customers can now upload documents to the shared directory in the Customer Portal. OfficeClip users can view and use those uploads, and documents shared by OfficeClip users are visible to customers in the same shared area. A full walkthrough is available in this video.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Time-Off: Fixed an issue where negative balances at the end of the year were not correctly carried forward to the next year.
  • Time-Off: Fixed missing information on why “Save” and “Submit” buttons were sometimes disabled during a new time-off request (OCS-431).
  • Security / 2FA: Fixed validation issues and security code display behavior (OCS-160, OCS-490, OCS-494).
  • Projects & Tasks: Fixed a “You are not authorized” error for non-admin users when adding notes to assigned tasks.
  • Calendar: Fixed long event names being trimmed incorrectly on summary and detail screens (OCM-123).
  • Email: Fixed an issue where clicking “Block Sender” twice caused an error (OCS-511).
  • Settings: Fixed the “Back to List” button in Organization Applications not working properly (OCS-482).
  • UI / Alignment: Fixed styling and alignment issues in Timesheet Manage, event attendee lists, expense exports, and invoices.
  • Customer Portal: Fixed share folder name not updating correctly when selecting secured users (OCS-486).

💻 Technical & REST API Updates

  • Expanded REST API: Added new endpoints/controllers to support mobile applications, including:
    • AccountDetail, AccountSummary, AccountChildren
    • ContactDetail, ContactSummary, ContactChildren
    • ImageDetail (upload/update user and contact images via API)
    • Timesheet, TimeOff, and Tracker repositories
  • Performance Monitoring: Added internal timing/analytics modules to log slow queries and monitor performance bottlenecks.
  • Framework: Upgraded and cleaned up backend dependencies (including System.Threading.Tasks.Extensions) to resolve build conflicts.
