12.4.9 – Dec 10, 2025

  1. Enhancement:
    Time Off:
    Added a new workflow allowing users to request time off cancellations. Approvers can now easily review and manage these cancellation requests.
  2. Enhancement:
    Call Log:
    The Call Log application is now automatically visible when Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities are enabled. Additionally, users can now link these applications in the “regarding” section of a call log.

    REST API:
    Added a new endpoint to retrieve image details for user profile pictures and contact thumbnails.
  4. Bug Fix:
    Time Off:
    Fixed an issue preventing approvers from using the thumbs-up icon to approve time off cancellations directly from the list screen.

    Resolved an issue in the three-person routing setup where no action occurred when a creator requested a time off cancellation.

    Fixed an issue where negative time off balances at the end of the year were not properly carrying forward to the next year.

    Resolved an incorrect “insufficient balance” error that would sometimes appear when an approver tried to approve or reject a time off request.

    Corrected email notifications so users receive the proper message when a time off request is rejected, resolving a bug where they received “Expense Rejected” or “New Time Off Request” emails instead.

    Fixed an issue with DCAA compliance where enabling the timesheet to add time for the same date would incorrectly disable the checkbox without showing an error message.

    Resolved an issue that prevented users from performing a bulk delete of contacts.

    Fixed a display issue causing contact summary thumbnails to not load properly.

    Fixed an issue where users could bypass the insufficient balance check and submit time off requests via the mobile app.

    Fixed an issue where CRM applications (like Call Log and Customer Portal) were visible to users who had only signed up for the HRM suite.

    Fixed a UI bug where selecting an application would unintentionally hide the left navigation menu globally.
